Appalachian Rehabilitation Inc., a Medicare-eligible therapy company, provides therapy services including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy on-site in their own "therapy room". No need to travel off-site for your therapy appointments.
In compliance with your physician's orders, each individual is evaluated by the Appalachian therapy team and given a customized, goal-oriented treatment plan. The team then provides education and training to the resident and family members to facilitate the "transition" back home as part of the Transitions Program.
Utilizing a comprehensive, interdisciplinary team approach, the therapists provide each resident the opportunity to maximize functional potential and enhance their level of self-reliance.
