New Team Member to Oversee Renovation Projects

Shay Lochinger began working for the company on July 31st as the Interior Design Coordinator. In this newly created position, Ms. Lochinger is responsible for maintaining the overall aesthetics of the company’s five senior living campuses. Her primary responsibilities include selecting and ordering furnishings, carpeting, and window and wall coverings for upcoming renovations.

“We have several renovation projects that are either underway or in the planning phase”, said company President David Leader. “It’s important that our communities remain attractive and functional for our residents and coworkers. As our buildings age, I find it’s necessary to remodel our interior spaces. I want our residents to be proud of the place they call home.”

Lochinger is a recent graduate of The Art Institute of Pittsburgh where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. She is currently undertaking several dining room renovation projects that will result in larger spaces with more seating, improved lighting and updated furnishings. Shay describes her style preference as modern with clean lines.
